Hmmm, pointing out why a picture doesn't look real can be tricky :I Usually I just mess around with the lighting etc until I figure out what blends the pictures together properly.
In this case I would say:
-You are slightly too bright for the scene.
-There is still a little background around you from where you cut the picture. (I don't know what program you're using, but photoshop has a "magic wand" tool which is really helpful for cleaning up stuff like that. It's probaly best you google for a tutorial cause it might take a while to explain .
-The background looks like it has had effects done on it, it looks painted or slightly blurred. You need to have everything in the photo the same effect-wise.
I think the main thing would just be the lighting, i'd try that first
